Every few months at Silver Fox we like to offer some seasonal drinks—and right now we are featuring three different and delicious drinks that you just have to try! Available at all four locations, today we will be talking about our drinks that fall under what we call “Speakeasy Sips”. We suggest you come in and try them all because, honestly, it is too hard to choose just one.

Speakeasy Sips

Bee’s Knees

Our first of three seasonal drinks is sweet and tart, and this drink is great to enjoy while the temperatures are (finally) cooling off. It features Beefeater Gin, Monin Honey Sweetener, and fresh lemon juice! The color resembles lemonade, but we promise this is even better than lemonade!

When you get the Bee’s Knees cocktail, we suggest pairing it with our Roasted Game Hen! The sweetness of the drink, and the bold and deep flavors of the hen, work extremely well together. A pairing you might not think of, but we can promise you it is delicious!

Hanky Panky Cocktail

Our second seasonal cocktail we named Hanky Panky. The drink consists of Nolet’s Gin, Gernet Branca, sweet vermouth, and a twist of orange. Bold and delicious, this drink will knock your socks off!

When ordering the Hanky Panky, we suggest trying it with our Chilean Sea Bass. We just see this cocktail working wonders with it, and have a hard time pairing it with anything else! If you aren’t a fish fan, we suggest pairing it with the classic Filet Mignon.

Mary Pickford Cocktail

Our last, but definitely not least, specialty cocktail is called Mary Pickford. This drink features Bacardi Superior Rum, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, pineapple juice, and Luxardo cherry. This drink is fruity, but not overpowering in the least bit. The flavors work together to create a delicious drink that you are bound to love!

We love pairing the Mary Pickford Cocktail with our Sautéed Jumbo Scallops. The buttery and delicious scallops just go so well with the flavors of pineapple and cherry. And while scallops can be heavy, this drink is smooth, light, and utterly refreshing.
